1. Returns & Exchanges

We do our best to ensure you love what you order, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

a. In-Store Purchases

  • Drinks & Freshly Made Items: Due to the nature of our beverages, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on drinks once they have been served. However, if there is an issue with your order, please let us know immediately, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Retail Items (Merchandise, Bottled Kava, Tea, Supplements, etc.): Unopened and unused retail items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

b. Online Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

  • Returns on unopened retail items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
